Long-running 16-team regressive ready to draft as we head into the 1990s and beyond. Two spots could be available if anyone is interested in joining us. In addition to following history backward instead of forward, the league has several rules in place to prevent tanking:
• 40-game win minimum for top-4 pick (possibly changing to 45)
• keepers deadline/trade deadline Game 100
• must have 22 major-league players on the roster (AAA and active combined) at all times.
• Draft order based on salary, lowest to highest. (For a guide, keepers for the most recent season ranged from $45.6M-$76.2M; 9 of 16 were between $57M-$72M)
• 40 games live required to be eligible for playoffs or top-4 pick.
• Trades of picks limited to one season ahead.
• 15 Keepers plus unlimited IR (IR players count ½ of next active season’s salary)
• 6/2 Below Average AAA
• No DH
• No add/drop in draft

Dubrightway has been running this league for several seasons but has not responded to sitemails from multiuple owners and posts in the league forum, so we're going ahead with the draft. Hopefully he returns and reclaims one or both of his teams, which will be temporarily run by verynice and toddleduc so we can start. If anyone is interested in one of those squads, please post or sitemail me.

We will begin off the clock. Each owner is responsible for checking to make sure none of his keepers is listed as being available. Doing that takes about a minute and can prevent problems with the draft. If you have a keeper drafted because he was listed as available, you will lose exclusive rights to that player and we'll have two of him in the league (exception only if the mistake is caught within a pick or two and the second owner can redraft a comparable player). If you find a mistake on the available list, please sitemail me and post the mistake here so everyone is aware of it.

Draft order posted below is accurate as far as I can tell. There were several teams that missed the Live minimum or wins floor, but one of those teams has a new owner who will not be penalized for it and the others do not affect draft order as described in the rules above and in the league forum.
