Someone without some initiative should start up a league after the 2011 baseball player release, in which the owners all provided a budget of a certain amount, and all make blind-bids - with each player assigned to the highest bidder.  I remember this theme from 3 or 4 seasons ago but haven't seen one in the last few seasons.  It was a fun draft to be part of.
