This isn't a free team to take over to play live is it?  You're looking for somebody to enter a team. Am i understanding that right?

I would kick in some credits to whomever takes this team on two conditions that you could choose. A free team if u decide to play next year too (team given next year during draft) or to an owner that will play 60 games live (yes I know min is 40, but it's a free team and would help other owners out)
