We are looking for a quality owner for our 95 progressive. 1994 is coming to a close, and keepers are now being posted (almost all are in). Draft will start soon. We have our own private forum as well. Rosters are posted below.
Rules
6/4 Below average AAA
NO DH
NEXT SEASON DRAFT ORDER: Will be a standard worst to first draft. IF THERE IS A TIE, the team with the better home record will be ranked higher. IF still a tie, I'll do a random drawing at random.org In order to avoid tanking a season, the worst 3 teams will be drawn randomly for the top 3 picks...but the rest of the draft will be accordingly to the worst to first order.
KEEPERS: Unlimited keepers including the DL
WIN MINIMUMS: You MUST have 40 wins at end of season to be eligible for the top picks. If you have less than 40 wins, you will drop to the #4 pick.
TRADES: Full trading allowed. Picks up to one year in advance.
TEAM NAMES: Must be related to your stadium. City of stadium will be reflected in your city name. So, team name must follow the pattern Philadelphia __________.

i gave it a shot, i really did, but I show 11 keepers, 14 cuts, a salary of $32 million, and exactly one player with a long term future -- vinny castilla.  i suggest contraction.  Or give this guy the top two picks in the draft.  Or something. 
That is part of the reason we are offering a free team here.
