While many have complained of a glitch that results in recruits that appear on your division list, but reject recruiting attempts (or refuse attempts from high DI schools), I have always thought that it actually more closely tracks real life to have recruits randomly refuse to consider certain schools.  For your consideration, I offer the following for inclusion as new messages to clarify when this "glitch" has occurred.

I feel that there is no reason to believe that recruits cannot make an irrational choice at 17 (or any other age for that matter).   Also, this discussion merits consideration for inclusion as a new redshirt message.
