How many IP for 100m league? Topic

I'm sure questions like this have been answered many times, but I can't seem to work out the right search for it.

Can anyone help with what is roughly the least IP you can draft for a very slight pitcher's park in a 100m theme league (no AAA, no dh)?

If the singles factor is -1 I'd say 1400 would work.
