I need 3 new owners for this single season progressive that started with the 1969 season. Now entering season 25, the 1993 season.
The league is called Original Just4me Progressive. Basic progressive rules except the payroll/wins formula that determines the 1st round of the draft each season.

Rule update: Owners are responsible for checking the keeper list and the available player list. If an owner drafts a player already owned, that owner will have to draft again ASAP.
Please check the available players list before drafts to check for any commish mistakes and let me know ASAP.
There are usually 2 pages of keeper rosters, for quick checks of these pages using internet explorer, click edit and use "find on this page" to check on players.
Rule Update: Starting in 1992, teams can draft up to 6 extra major league players to total of 31. They can be swapped back and forth from AAA. Random AAA players assigned by admin , not allowed to play, only for trade filler. Extra major league players will have their real life salarys counted, not the $200K they show up as in your team center.
Everyone can protect up to 25 players each season , no more than 25. For example, you protect 22 players. you can draft a minimum of 3 players to a maximum of 9 players in the draft.
But, the AAA draft will be seperate. It'll start after the 25 man rosters are filled.
Players drafted, even after 25, are yours until next season, then you protect your players again for that draft up to 25.
Draft Rules
Purpose/History: This league has been using a salary based formula for 16 seasons to determine the draft order. The old commissioner, Just4me, was pretty good at the sort of stuff and had a complicated system using standard deviations, weighted averages and about ten other things I didn't understand. The overall purpose was to give the teams who won with the least the highest draft pick.
New Formula:
Wins divided by total salary
The lowest value gets the best pick.
Addendums:
1. The AL teams will have there total salary reduced by 4%. Since the AL teams need to pay for more PA and IP (because of the DH) they shouldn't be punished.
2. The total salary will be defined as "total salary at game 151 (EDIT CHANGED FROM 120)". A teams total salary cannot be decreased by more than 10% from the starting salary. Teams can trade away as much of their salary as they'd like but their # can only by x- 10%.
