Here's something i learned. when you are playing a sim that you should crush (huge point spread) start the guys that don't recieve enough minutes, get them triple in a game or two compared to what they normally get. I read this on here somewhere a few months ago, and anytime i have someone complain, this works. The same posting, someone suggested scheduling a horrible team or two in NC play and start your FR and SO that won't get time later in the year. I like my SOS high if I can help it, so I don't do this, but it is an idea
