I just joined D1 for the first time and my team entered recruiting with C- (was C when I applied for the job) prestige. I had a little over 60k going into recruiting and decided to cut 2 players, leaving me with 60k for 6 slots. So far I have filled 4 of them and waiting on more information to fill the other 2. Some feedbacks about  my class from D1 coaches would be appreciated:

Knowing work ethic would help a little but I like your class.  Don't have the time right now to give you an in-depth analysis, but it seems like something I'd do and my recruiting classes have gone relatively well so far in DI, but I've had questionable success so I don't know if I'm the best advisor.

some real nice potentials on the first two but the WE leave something to be desired.  since your team is young (haven't looked at what you have returning) you might be able to start these guys or at least give them a lot of minutes and get their work ethics up

Crowe will eventually be a really strong player. Surprised you were able to get a guy of that caliber long distance. Obviously the low we will make it slow to achieve his potential, but I think in his jr/sr seasons he'll be really good.
Slonski, I like, also a low we guy though. The low we and low stamina combo bothers me a bit. It'll also take him several seasons before he can rebound like a legit DI center. But defensively he'll be a monster. And you're really playing for 2-3 seasons from now, anyway.
On Demps, I think it depends if we're dealing with high-in a lot of those categories, or just 25 or so pts of improvement.
Rupert is very solid for a C- prestige. Not a game changer, but still a good signing.

Crowe and Slonski (wow I spelled his name Stanzi the first time... can anyone tell I live in Hawkeye nation? yuck!) will be nice players. I echo daalts thoughts on WE, I think the two players will be good but it is going to take them longer then usual to reach those levels, not that these players are bad but keep an eye on WE a bit more when looking at players potentials. I think you got two good starters and two good role players which is a very solid class.

All 4 of these guys will start right off the bat, and probably play 25-30mpg regardless of fatigue, to increase their growth and WE.

Crowe ended up being a very expensive sign (I had him through 2 days with only 2 CV and a FR start +20min) but Ohio State came in at 11am today going for a steal. I had 40k sitting by so I decided to go for a big push to sign him w/o any contention at the 5pm cycle. The irony here is that I was planning to steal 2 players away from Ohio State so I guess him coming to poach me was only fair.

My main post here is to see if there is any player I shouldn't have signed for D1; from the responses, it seems like this isn't the case. Slonski was a very cheap sign because he was only rated a little over 500, and unranked, no stars, which I guess made alot of team pass on him.

As for Crowe and Demps, should they belong on a C- team or should they be on a C+ to B- level team? Asking to get a decent sense of what kind of talent belong to what level of prestige in D1.

I didn't look closely, but it seems like a good class to grow the program with to recruit the next class when they graduate they should help you win a bunch of games against sims and since you are in a mostly ghost conference you should have a shot at CT titles in a season or 2 and start getting beat in the NT 1st...but that will improve your prestige, meaning next time around you increase your reach and go for the next level of players. I think you are on the right track by and large. The low WE guys with high pot can be frustrating to develop, but it is typical of the kinds of decent recruits you'll find at that level...

The are about right for where you sit right now prestige wise.  Demps is not really a legit D1 player at the moment, but with his potentials there is a lot of upside, especially with enough high highs.

I would try to redshirt him though rather than start him right of the bat.

Demp would be the ideal redshirt but I signed him with a promised start and minutes as well.
