When doing a team practice, the minutes its set on originally is 20 minutes to practice the Triangle or what not, does bumping that number up to 30 have a lesser effect because your putting to many minutes in? Thanks.

Yes, sort of. Conventional wisdom says beyond 25 and the diminishing returns get to be to big. But 30 isn't horrible given certain situations. Like say, your entire team really does need it.
