Quick suggestion that I just thought of.
I don't know how many people do this, but after my initial wave of coaching offers, rather than sort thru emails, I tend to just go thru the negotiations page for that particular spot to see who I lead for, who I'm after. Its always seemed more efficient to me, if I have 3 offers, I can check the status of all 3 rather easily for any 1 opening. After clicking on the negotiation page for a particular coach, I can quickly see if its a money issue, or perhaps another team has offered that same coach a spot a level or 2 higher than I'm offering. I can easily withdraw my offer, and hit return and be back at my list of negotiations for that coaching spot.
anyhoo, at the top of the coach hiring page, they list all coaching positions, with a link to any coach that has been signed and/or retained. If nobody has signed, but you have 2 offers out, it says there are 2 offers for that position, but no link to any coach that has been offered. It would speed things up a bit, and make things a bit less cumbersome (at least for the way I go about it, not sure what works best for everyone else) if when the coaching spot says "2 offers" or "3 offers" you could clink on that and go directly to the negotiation page for that particular coaching vacancy. That way I could move b/w my ML bullpen job, my AA hitting coach job and my Low A Bench coach job.
