The book "Mendoza's Heroes" lists 50 of the most famous hitters who hit near or below the "Mendoza" line (.200).  When you sign up you will be randomly assigned two of these players.  Once assigned they are off the board.  You will then pick one season and one team for each player and can twist any player on those two teams to any year of their career.  You must roster at least 8 players from each team you choose.  You must also include both of your heroes and they must accumulate 300 plate appearances combined in the regular season for you to qualify for the playoffs.  Although the two seasons you pick for them do NOT have to be the teams you twist.  Let's pay some respect to some big leaguers who are very rarely used in the sim.
