i'm asking bc i've consistently kept (or tried to keep) my players above a 3.0 gpa, but if it doesn't help, other than keeping them academically eligible, i might be able to better utilize those minutes.

Im pretty sure its actually a relationship between HS GPA and WE but Im not sure exactly how they interact. Also what class they are helps, the older the player the less SH minutes they need (in general because obviously there are a fair amount of exceptions here).

It doesnt, IQ relates to practice time, WE and playing time.

it's always going to be his high school gpa that factors into the IQ improvement.  College gpa never comes into play.

I'd guess the high school gpa is the second most important factor (after current WE) in the rate of IQ improvement.
