Is it two steps "up" the defensive spectrum or one?  I can't remember where CF fits in.

Will a B+/A+ 3b play something close to C/C defense at 2b?

I think it's one step, I think they ignore CF, but I can't remember. I think C/C is probably a reasonable guess, I might even go more like C/B
