If a recruit gets promised to be a starter, is there a number of games you can play him without starting him before he has an issue with it? Basically is he expecting to start every game or just a percentage of games?

a percentage, but a relatively high percentage. You can get away with a few games not starting. If he's missed too many you'll get an email and his WE will plummet. If you start him from then on for a while he willsend another email thanking you for keeping your word...
