I remember the good old days, when I used to be good at this game. Now, I can't figure out what the hell is wrong. Every team I have consistently underperforms its talent. I have tried different paces, different sets, different methods for distribution, different ways of allocating 2s vs 3s, different matchups, and still can't find anything that works. My Indiana team, though lacking in defensive ratings, has 3 great players and a decent bench but has never played well vs humans. My Monmouth team should have won 10-12 games and won 5. My Rhode Island team got smoked by its one good opponent. I consistently lose to lower-rated teams, and I can't figure out why. Any thoughts?

Not going to go into your indiana team because it's d1, but for monmouth, couple of thoughts:

- Team runs fcp, stamina needs to be higher, 77+ and preferably, 80, as a team
- Team is young so IQ is behind. The JRs are simai so they suck
- No real pg
- Team ath/spd are both sub 50, I think this is the biggest problem. If your team ath/spd is at 60/60, you can probably mitigate the IQ and passing shortcomings.

Tianyi is right about the stamina.  For some reason, HD doesn't think having an 11 man rotation would be good enough to run a press unless they're all capable of completing Navy Seal training.

i don't know that i've ever seen a D3 team with 60 ATH and 60 SPD.  Beloit comes close every season and perhaps a few others. 50/50 would put you in the top 25 in this regard though.
