Your loyalty is probably really low right now, and you won't be even able to switch to another mid major job for a few more seasons. Just focus on making the NT every year until you're eligible to leave. I would guess you need at least 3-4 more seasons before you'll be eligible for a decent big 6 job. If a Big 6 gig is c- prestige, you might be able to get it after 2 more seasons (after this one, assuming you make NT every year, if not, at least try to make the PI). But those are generally death traps and extremely difficult rebuilds considering the talent level of other schools in the conference.
