How do you inrease your homecourt rating? Also what affect does it have during the game?

I believe that the only way to increase it is to win a lot of games and get ranked. It does not have a huge effect in my opinion, but does have some. I am not sure how many points it is worth though.

Would guess about like real life, 5 if your real good at home, 1 or 2 if marginal
