There's a pair of identical twins from Italy* this year.  One was good enough to make the national team, the other wasn't.  
*this is possibly the worst meaning of the phrase "identical twins from Italy" ever.

There are actually a second set of international twins as well. The Chins from South Korea.

Although they clearly arent identical because one is 6'4" and the other is 6'10" theyre extremely talented.

Look at the picture of the Chins though because they look remarkably similar. They look like twins but not identical. Maybe just older and younger brother but they have the same nose, the same chin(ha), the same jawline, the same eyebrows...

Just an update on this - signed 'em both.  (LMU).

Rene will be a solid center - High potential in REB/BLK/LP/PER/BH/ST, low in only PASS.
Milan's a bit better now but won't develop nearly as well - high in SPD/DEF/FT, low in BLK/LP/BH/PASS.
