Not right now, of course - job offers are ended and we're in the middle of recruiting.  But we lost one of our Northwest Conference coaches, larry757 who moved up to D2.  He left behind a really solid program at Willamette;  "A" prestige, a PI championship and 2 NT bids in the last 3 years.

I would have posted this earlier but I was sure someone would jump on Willamette.  Sadly, no.

Northwest Conference features the D3 National Champion, Menlo (coached by tianyi) and in my 2 seasons of recruiting in that conference to date, the bonus money is pretty sweet.

Active conference, good camaraderie, bonus money - what's not to like? :)

Keep an eye on it if you're thinking of taking a D3 job after this coming season.  Or tell your friends who might be interested.  I hate seeing a good program go to seed under the rule of Simmie.
