im looking for a league with solid anti tanking rules. active owners. id also prefer the league has been around for awhile, as i will compete as long as the world does not end.

We are just finishing up season #2 (1970) in this new progressive.  Team plays in Wrigley Field.  We will be drafting for 1971 fairly soon.  16 team league.  They have the #5 overall pick.

sorry to leave out that im looking for a 24 team league. also looking for a straight up progressive. no twist, or roster restrictions as far as who i can and cant have.
