We are about to enter Progressive Franchise Twist season #3

We need 1 more team and since there was expansion in 1977 there are 3 franchises to choose from:

California
Minnesota
Toronto

Rules of the league are VERY simple. 

* we are going year to year twisting each team.  Whatever team you choose you get to twist them each season with no restrictions
* WE ALIGN BY REAL LIFE WIN PCT FOR THAT YEAR.  KEEPS LEAGUE COMPETITIVE FOR ALL.
* 106m cap...since we have a DH
* AAA included...not that you really need it
* in case you aren't clear on Twist rules....you use the teams roster at www.Baseball-reference.com.  Any player that threw one pitch or took one PA is eligible for your team.  You can use ANY season of that players career
* Example...if you choose KC you can use any season for McRae, George Brett, DLeonard, Gura...etc.
