How does the playoff seeding work when the wildcard is in the same division as the best record and the two other division winners have the same record? Who plays the team with the best record?

I think head-to-head would be used as a tie-braker to seed the tied division winners.

I'm not sure how they decide the seedings in that case, but it will definitely be one of the other 2 division winners.  The WC never plays a team from its own division in round 1.

Could be H2H, could be home record, could be random...
