Especially at the start of the year as I am getting my minor league rosters put together, I tend to look at projected ratings so i don't leave any future MLers unpromoted as I am filling out my teams. Unless, however, i go into the player card it is easy to promote someone who has just been promoted. I would like to see, alongside age etc. in the basic GM page some symbol indicating how many years at that level (or days of service at that level) or even some color code that indicates "recently promoted"
