Situation: A world has just posted their world schedule and is starting budgeting the next day. An owner has not checked in for 8 days. A CS ticket is sent that says: " We just filled and one of our owners has not checked in for 8 days. Can we request a temporary replacement owner as budgets are final tomorrow evening. We would be in agreement that as soon as the original owner checks back in the team be turned back over. The reason for this request is that a team will be severly crippled if they miss out on the 1st week of the season. We understaand that the owner may have different philosophies than the temporary replacement but even different philosophies is better than no activity. " What do you think CS's response would be and how quickly do you think they will respond?
Ticket was submitted on 11/9 at 10:22 PM. Owner is a first time owner who is friends of 2 other owners. Owner was contacted by one of these owners and checked in this morning. CS responded to the ticket on 11/10 at 4:12PM stating "Which owner are you referring to? It looks like everyone has checked their team within the past day or two." My take from this is that CS was willing to discuss the request as jv pointed out. I apologize js for jumping the gun.We had less than 24 hours before budgets would be finalized and I was trying to be proactive. My reason for posting the original question was to let owners know how CS would handle this type of ticket and how quickly.
