Slim's Progressive/Regressive League (SPRL) will be entering it's 28th season, which will be 1933 and 1997. This league is unusual because it is progressive, in that after 1997 the league will go to 1998, 1999 and so on; and the league is regressive, in that after 1933 the league will go to 1932, 1931 and so on. So, some players start in the league in their rookie season and go forward, to the end of their careers. The other players start in their last season and go backwards, to the beginning of their careers.

Draft positions have been determined.
