     It may help worlds from running out of players if the unsigned Draft picks and IFA's can carry over from season to season.  At some point they'll get signed and help with world depth.  In Jackie Robinson there are 33 unsigned IFA's.  Thats an entire LoA squad going to waste.

Just let 'em pile up.  Someone will need them.    Having seen the tryout camp players... yeah.  Yuck.
