USA South has two open teams in Phelan in D3. Last year we placed 6 teams in the NT, and one in the PI. 9 of the 12 teams had an RPI under 100. The worst SOS was 74, and over 8 of the teams had a SOS under 20. We are consistently the top RPI conference in Phelan. Chowan and Christopher Newport are both available, and had human coaches last year, as we were full. Both coaches that left were good, so you won't get stuck with a crummy roster, although Christopher Newport is losing 6 seniors. Because of the success we had in the post season, each team in the conference is getting a $4900 bonus added to their scholarship funds. We have an extremely solid group of long-time coaches, so join us!

Yeah sorry. meant 8 teams. To update, it looks like we just have one opening now, and it is Oglethorpe. They finished last in the conference, but they are still a good team and have had a human coach every year. I have coached at Oglethorpe in another world, and found that Atlanta is a good place to recruit from.
