The WIBL Progressive started in 1969, and is now preparing for the 1996 season.

Many of our owners have been with the league for 10+ seasons.

No crazy formulas to determine your draft location, just win 30 games by the trade deadline and we draft worst to first.  Failure to win 30 by the 120 mark drops you to no better than the #4 pick.

We have a great League Forum with a League Record Book.

The 2 teams available aren't in bad shape.  If you like power, you should really check out the Chicago NL team.  With McGwire, Thome, Belle and Javy Lopez, there won't be a power outage.
The AL Oakland team features 2 future Hall of Famers on the mound with Pedro Martinez and Trevor Hoffman.

I should also mention that Oakland gets the #4 Overall Pick in the draft, and drafts 1st in all subsequent rounds.  The Chicago NL team drafts 11th.

Owners can keep up to 25 players each season.  Once the regular draft is concluded, a 2 round (4 pick) AAA draft is held from all leftover players.  These are the only AAA players that can be used during the season. 

Oakland is taken.

Just need a taker for that power-heavy team in Wrigley.
