Hey guys,

I played one year at DIII and had decent success. I made the PIT this yr and got a share of conference. Do I have a shot at a low DI job if I make the tournament this yr

No.  To jump to DI at all you need several great years at DIII, not just PIT or even low NT level.

Side complaint- when I first started, you may need NT next year just to get to DII.  Take the time, learn before you jump into that shark pond of DI.

I have an interest in taking the job at my real-life alma mater, which is D2 and currently open.  Is it possible to make the jump to D2 after just one D3 season?
