You don't have any money?  If you can spare $10 and intend to actually give minutes to the recruit, then be patient and pick your moment to guarantee minutes.  Patience can pay off (especially prior to the signing period and if he is not considering other schools), but I expect that you will need to take some other action at some point (e.g. hv, minutes, starts, etc...scouting trip probably is no less expensive than hv and less likely to be effective).

If you have some other priority, then you have another priority.
