The All-Time Regressive League is looking for owners.
This is an ongoing league that moves backwards through time (regresses) one year a season. We started 20 seasons ago with the 06-07 season and will next play the 1986-87 & 1965-66 seasons together. We're looking for solid owners that would like to join this longtime ongoing league.  

Basically we use players from both the 1965-66 & 1986-87 seasons making this a Double Regressive League.  Next seasons draft will include any players that retired in the 1964-65 or 1985-86 NBA seasons.  All subsequent drafts will always include two different seasons.

We have a private forum to conduct drafts, trades, etc.

We will soon begin the upcoming 1965-66/1986-87 seasons

BASIC RULES:
- All players regress through their career one year at a time.
- The lottery will only be eligible for the bottom 6 teams pending they meet the requirement of not forfeiting a game during the season.
- You may keep or cut as many players as you wish each season.
- You MUST have EXACTLY 12 eligible players on your roster at the conclusion of the draft.
- Trades are allowed and welcomed. 
- Trades for draft picks can be made one season in advance i.e. picks from the 1965-66/1986-87 (upcoming draft) and the 1964-65/1985-86 (the following draft).
- IR spots are used for any player not in the WIS database for the current season.
- You may keep as many IR players as you wish in any given season.
- Teams must have a location/city/state/region and teamname.
- You may relocate/rename the available franchise.

This franchise has made the playoffs the past 6 seasons and have averaged 55 wins per season over that time.
