The basic premise is that you can only draft players who played for your team at some point. Any player who has all of their WiS seasons with your club are yours without having to draft them (but they must be kept, good or bad.) Let me know if you have any questions on how it works more specifically.
The Twins have the 11th pick in the 1978 Draft that includes Paul Molitor among others that are eligible for the Twins.
