For my D1 team, I lost 4 of the past 5 (against fairly weak competition) and now looks like I will get bubbled out if I don't win the CT. Anyone got some tips on how I can tinker with my game plan? My first thought is to increase the minutes of my starters by 6-8min more per game. Anything else?

Well, first problem is that it sounds like you are using target minutes. . . .

Have to, I promised FR start. If I use fatigue, he's going to play 20+ mpg.

Was there really that much of a battle in which you had to offer Hare a guaranteed start?

I tried to push a sim off with1 scholarship on a great PG and it didn't work.

If you wanted to go back to fatigue, in hopes that would help your rotation otherwise, I'd try setting up your freshman at "fairly fresh" (of course) but also "less aggressive" under Foul Trouble.  He's got a poor defensive rating and freshman-level IQ, so he could easily get into foul trouble, which would hold his minutes down, but free up the rest of your players to play only when "fresh" or whatever you choose.  Might not work, but players play so much better when they're fresh, that it might help all your other players play to their potential.

And -- I've never tried this -- but I feel like players foul a lot more when they're tired.  I wonder if you could practically force your player into foul trouble by selecting "Tired" for when to pull him for fatigue, but "Less Aggressive" for Foul Trouble.  (The possible negative result could have him sitting for much of the game, only to come in and play tired in the final minutes of a close game.)
