My experience is you also can't get the keep looking jobs. It talks about loyalty hits etc and the school sends an email about needing a consistant winner,. I have no problem with not qualified, but really keep looking should be modified. I've been stuck for several seasons, lack of NT apperances. Given mid major recruiting lately I am an PIT lifer. I wondered if you just let your team drop and came back during signups if you would have a better shot at getting something interesting. Kind of gets stale, when in real life other teams would take "solid" cocahes.
