I recently had a player go down to injury for 181 days.  There were 9 days left in the regular season.

My question is:  Will days come off of his injury time during the off season, after the WS to the start of next season?  And how many?  He's in his final year of arb and I'm trying to have a plan of what I want to do with him.  Thank you.

I think the off-season is around 110 games.  Playoff days will also count.    He'll still be injured when next season starts.  I'm guessing abou 35-40 days.   He'll miss a real-life week on the next regular season, more or less.

One other question:  Will being injured effect his Arb demands?

If I counted correctly, there will be 9 days left in your season and another 36 in the postseason.  If the 110 days for the offseason is correct, that will mean when the world rolls, he'll have around 26 days.  Couting the day's of "preseason" when you sign coaches and free agents, he'll be back to full health sometime in the middle of ST and ready to roll for the regular season.

I assume the injury caused a ratings hit.   If so, that would affect his demands.  The injury itself will not.
