Does Canada count as International for distance? Topic

Simple question, but since International recruits are all "at the same distance" does this apply to Canada as well?

Internationals aren't priced any differently than other recruits, every recruit is priced based on that distance.

So Canadian recruits 200 miles away are no different than American recruits 200 miles away and International recruits 3000 miles away are no different than American recruits 3000 miles away.

Except that your long distance carrier refuses to allow you to call internationally (even to Canada), so you can only send materials if you are recruiting on the cheap.

And there are no campus visits for canadians, which makes being close ever more important in a battle.
