What is the highest starting IQ you have ever seen for an incoming freshman? 

I thought the max was C+, but this player (www.whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Ratings.aspx) currently has a B- in Motion. I've never practiced Motion, so I'm wondering if this could be a bug...or somehow the sim allocated some of my team practice minutes to Motion.

I could be wrong though...and this case could easily be closed by someone letting me know they've seen a B- starting IQ before...

I've had freshmen start at B- before...it isn't overly common, but every now and then you'll get a scouting report or a coach phone call message that says the kid is "great" or "as good as some upperclassmen" in his knowledge. Not sure if those are always B- IQs, but at least occasionally they are.
