To all of the participants in the previous Phelan Shootouts....

With andersaa departure from the event, I know I offered to step up and resume administration of the tourtnament after a one season hiatus. However, I find myself without the time necessary to do what needs to be done in the manner we have been accustomed to, both during the past 10 seasons or so that andersaa ran the show or during my previous run as tournament director.

I've enjoyed playing games against you quality opponents over the seasons, and would still welcome the chance to play those of you remaining in D3 on a season-by-season basis outside of a tournament setting.  Special thanks goes to tnto at Eastern U for his participation throughout the entire life of the Shootout.
