Fine Print
Capra has a long and steady history of being bullshit free. Roughly half of the 32 owners in the league have been here since day 1. This core is comprised of some of some of WIS' legendary progressive league owners like Saffron, crickett13, jrnyfan01, mnnorthstars, sjstapleton , etc. We have plenty of experience with the site and are happy to help out with advice however possible to faciliate stronger competition. Also, we have a Wins floor: 110 wins per 2-season period. Any teams not meeting the Wins floor will be subject to review and possible removal if owner is not making clear strides to improve franchise. Prospective owners will be screened for reliable histories.
