Prospect
from a vet coach:    Does that "conference champion" tag affect prestige?  

That is, say I go 28-5, 13-3 in conference.  Sweet Sixteen, RPI 10, #15, CT final.  Does whether or not Bumblef*ck State in my division went 14-2 or 13-3 affect my prestige?

IIRC (and no, don't call this 100% fact, or even 70% fact), it only impacts you for hiring and new jobs, not your current school.
