The ZPL Progressive League is looking for owners.
This is an ongoing league that moves through time (progresses) one year a season. We started 8 seasons ago with the 1984-85 season and will next play the 1992-93 season. We're looking for solid long-term owners that would like to join this ongoing league.  This is only the 3rd opening we've had for this league, in other words this league has an extremely solid ownership base.

We will soon begin to draft for the upcoming 1992-93 season.

BASIC RULES:
- All players progress through their career one year at a time.
- Draft lottery determines top 3 picks in the draft. All non-playoff teams are eligible for the weighted lottery.
- You may keep or cut as many players as you wish each season.
- You MUST have EXACTLY 12 eligible players on your roster at the conclusion of the draft.
- Trades are allowed and welcomed. 
- Any trades involving draft picks can only be from the current season & following season i.e. 1992-93 & 1993-94 picks only.  
- IR spots are used for any player not in the WIS database for the current season.
- You may keep as many IR players as you wish in any given season.
- Teams must have a current or former NBA location/city/state/region and teamname.
- You may relocate the available franchises to another NBA location in the same geographic region.
- You must carry at least 19K minutes into a season.
     - A select number of horrible high minute players from the 50's/60's/70's are available to help you meet this requirement.
