Downloading Roster Help Topic

Not sure if this topic has been discussed or not (and my apologies if it has -- couldn't find it when I searched for topic).

I would like to download my full rosters to Excel in order to better evaluate and align my rosters for all levels.  Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this?  Any USEFUL help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

i just tried the following with success:

1. go to edit rosters
2. highlight all columns for interested players and copy
3. paste in notepad
4. copy notepad and paste into excel spreadsheet

that seems to keep columns in place as there are hidden delimiters that Excel utilizes

hope that helps

you may need to do this in 2 steps. players in step 1 then pitchers in step 2.

that makes sense since columns obviously would be different between the 2

looks like it would work from Franchise Profile (clicking on Team name from main screen).

only issue is the headings aren't helpful like they are in Edit Rosters

I bring up all of my players from GM's Office > View Rosters, hit CTRL+A then CTRL+C, then go to Excel and do a paste special, unformatted text.  The data will come in proper columns.
