Questions about practice plans. Topic

First question is

if a player is red on a certain skill, is there any reason to put ANY training time on it?   For example i have a center whos 80 in rebounding but its red, should i keep some minutes or would that just be a waste?


Second Question

What practice plan helps Defense and Blocking?

1 - put 8 minutes in until you get the asst coach email saying the category is maxxed out, then shift to 0

I agree with dac. I put 4-5 minutes into LP and/or Per and 8-9 minutes into all other "red" skills. That is higher than the minimum to keep them from dropping and if there is a point or two of growth left (could be up to 6.99 points left) in a skill it will bump it up. Once I get the maxed out email from the AC then I drop that skill to zero minutes.

Footwork improves Defense and Blocking.
