Scouting - High School or College Topic

I currently put 0 scouting into college and 20 into high school.  I figured high school players would have more time to progress.  Should I split it up or is there one that would be better than the other?

You're pretty much locked in at this point.    I always do 20/0 or 0/20.     I go contrarian to what the world was/is at the time.    Going 10/10 is pointless.

What are your thoughts on going HS vs. College?  Is there any advantage to either one.

HS has more time/room to improve.  They also have more time to not be what you think they'll be.    College are closer to what they'll be and they'll be BL ready earlier.

On my three teams with 20/0, two are HS, one is college.    As I said, I was just going contrarian to the rest of the world when I started moving towards 20/0.

I usually look at my team and if the ml are bad and the ML team is so-so I go college 20 because I want/need talent sooner. On the other hand, I got talent to spare and I can wait, I go HS 20.

In my opinion, the biggest difference by far is that HS players are WAY more likely to have signability issues and end up more expensive to sign.

If we're going perfect I like those 19 year olds.  The 19 year old draft picks as well.
