Pinch hitting Topic

My team in ULB is using pitchers to pinch hit for one another and seems to be ignoring my bench altogether. I have pinch hitting set to very aggressive and all boxes checked for pinch hitting in player settings. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

First, the check box means they can be removed from the game for a PH.   

I'd start with my PH heirarchy.   Make sure your bench is in there.

Also, make sure your bench players are not set to rest.  That sometimes happens after Spring Training.

Ok, I forgot to take them off of rest after spring training. Thanks for the help.

Brings up a question.

I sit a starter for the purpose of resting, but do not set his status as rest, which means he is available to PH. If he does PH does it he take the same hit as if he played the entire game? Is fatique based on game appearences or ABs?
