This is how I would set it up if I were ignoring the L/R splits and just setting one lineup. Of course, I might tweak it a little bit based on those splits.

1B (33 year old)
RF
C ( 23 year old)
CF
LF
SS
P (seeing that you are a NL team)
edit: after looking at your roster, the 3B (Rijo) is definitely your best player and could probably hit #3 in your lineup. I only put him at #2 based on his speed. My whole lineup above is based solely on the ratings. If I was more familiar with your team, I might set it a little differently.
edit: No matter how you want to set up your lineup from 2-9, that 2B of yours (Logan) should be the leadoff man for any scenario. Great contact, batting eye, and great speed. He is by far the easiest person to place in that lineup.
