While I can't believe WIS is entertaining the idea of opening yet another new world, when there are currently 67 openings and 5 worlds rolling in the next day, I "get" that they are going to create new worlds on occasion.
My suggestion, though, is that there be some kind of "requirement" for the owner of a new world. I'm not sure whats necessarily fair, but when i see that a new world owner (a) has a career .409 winning percentage, with a lot of 100-loss seasons, and (b) has played 14 seasons total in 10 different worlds... lets just say that I'm doubting he's going to be in it for the long haul, and that there is a very good chance that the world is going to fail miserably. I doubt there will be much vetting of new owners, any kind of enforcement of reasonable rules, etc.
Thoughts?
