Can you have two SR/5's on the same team?

I plan on RS a freshman AND I have an ineligible.  In five years won't that give me two SR/5's?

Also, next season I will have 6 open slots.   If I recruit 6 freshmen will that give me 8 SR's in 5 seasons?

I feel like there is a mistake in my logic somewhere....

Only ineligibles are designated as SR/5's.   They are considered to be a sophomore in their first eligible season but are given an extra senior season at the end.

A redshirt has 4 seasons left but their first eligible season is their official 'freshmen' year

So, when recruiting, the redshirt will count as one of your 6 freshmen, but the ineligible player won't

 So I won't be able to recruit 6 freshmen next season?  I'll have to do 5 freshmen and a transfer?

Yes, if you have a redshirted freshmen on this year's team, you can only sign 5 other freshmen next season
