No, pretty much only D1 teams use it to find out whether the recruit is likely to leave school early. You're better off using HV's and CV's

I believe D1 teams use it to see if a student is likely to leave early.

I think boosters are probably used more than personality tests in D1

Isn't the personality test mostly a leftover relic from the days of player dilemmas? I've always been led to believe it was basically flushing money away.
